My buyer clients ask me “Can I get big discount on this property?” . My answer to Mr and Ms.Buyer is “you can’t low ball your offer especially in this market” and I show them list of sold properties on MLS for the past month in and around Cincinnati, most of them sold at the list price or above the list price especially in Mason area.

One of my client is looking to buy Townhouse and condos in Mason, Ohio area as an Investment properties , I showed at least 8 properties as soon as they hit the market .When we try to put an offer on these properties they either went to “pending”  or listing agent has multiple offers with above the list price. This is frustrating to my clients as they couldn't buy the property they loved!!

My advice to buyers : “Don’t procrastinate”, take your Realtor advise seriously!!
