Morning Everyone!

The temperatures might be chilling off, but the sun is shining and that's a win for northeast Ohio!

Another win?  Sellers are wanting to move before the holidays and before the first snow flies.  We are seeing a number of home prices drop.  We also are hearing from fewer buyers wanting to see homes.

What does this mean for you?  Buyers?  Opportunity.  Look now before interest rates go up again.  Lock in those low rates and find your dream home while there is less competition!

Sellers?  Put your home on the market now, before rates go up again.  Get the most you can while you can.

We'd be glad to work with you to accomplish your goals.
